Survival Lesson 101 (.com)

Put a pebble in your mouth.

It will stimulate salivary glands and alleviate the constant reminder
of thirst. Breathing through your nose will help also and lengthen
time of the effectiveness of the pebble.

This isn't a replacement or substitute for water,
it will lengthen your ability to seek water!

P.S.  Don't swallow it!
